I created various mock ups using different papers to try
Print Method: I decided to try create a booklet that smelt like coffee and therefore I attempted to soak my pages into coffee water. I placed a tray on the floor and put a few spoons of coffee with hot water.
Binding Method: At first I was going to just staple my booklet. However, after speaking to my classmates I was told to try a different binding method because it made the book look like a throw away booklet.
I decided to use 200 gsm paper to create my final book to make it more heavy and less like a throw away booklet.
Mock ups / experiments: I created 4 mock ups which were printed on various paper
The mock ups consisted of paper being soaked in coffee as well as going to the local Leeds store FredAldaus
