Thinking about type.
Today we had our second
module briefing which was about typography.
Soon after we were
separated into groups to discuss a random generated word to help further our
brief.
Placid.
- Excited. Fun, boring,
dull, not upset and sensitive.
- Quality. Surfaced,
expensive, thoughtful
- Small. Short, thin.
- Calm. Composed,
organised, easy, careful, rested.
- Simple. Clean,
straight, timid, plain, clean.
- Natural. Nature, pure,
beauty, trees, plants, forests, symmetrical, danger, animals.
- Static. Movement,
still, love.
- Chaos. Snap, unclear,
dark, complexed, fast, momentum, problematic, scary, insecure, crazy.
- Peaceful. Content,
quiet, sun, light, serene, accepting, water, lake, secure, natural.
- Sans Serif. Subtle,
smooth, equal, simple, legible, precise.
